Having not been very impressed with the current Exclusive Enteral Nutrition shakes available out there, I decided to create my own recipe using one of the cleanest brands I could find as a basis. I wanted to match the nutrition content as closely as possible and then also figure out what would be my ideal ratio of macros, vitamins, and minerals.
This is what has worked for me when I needed gut rest during a flare. I am providing my excel spreadsheet. I threw together an EEN amazon shopping list for convenience: Amazon list.


The main components of the recipe are the cleanest whey protein I could find and the Freeda SCD Multivitamin.
